Sutherland Global Services needed an implementable CSR policy. Beginning with a benchmarking exercise of its contemporaries and an analysis of the CSR law, we developed an in depth CSR strategy and policy for Sutherland Global Services with a focus on education, livelihood and skilling. A layered CSR policy with a two-pronged perspective will stand by Sutherland's vision of being the preferred partner for its stakeholders while enabling Sutherland to create an impact in its communities.
The emphasis on an implementable policy led to the development of aspects of governance, partner selection processes, monitoring, impact and a step-by-step guide to implementation.
